Thanks for the reports about the patch being broken with 1.05. This version has been made compatible with Hanayome to Maou patched to 1.05 (Mirror). No other changes were made.
Instructions & Requirements
REQUIRES THE 1.05 patch. Simply place the contents of the zip file in your game folder. When you (re)start the game you should see the English menu.

How do I download the patch? Everytime I launch HanaouUpdate105 a bunch of gibberish pops up and it gives the option to click ???(C) and both bars dont move from 0.0%

Make sure to run the official patch under Japanese locale. And while running you should give the update some time, it’ll first perform checks if your game files are compatible for patching, which can take some time.

Sorry for the late reply. The only things left as far as I remember are the quests and several of the pop-ups that I couldn’t find in the files. I’ve lost interest in finishing the quests so I won’t be doing those but I’ll probably be back for the next Re;Lord game that’s coming up.

A player, I got the same problem and it is quite annoying. I finally downloaded it, by using a torrent. Try to download the game using rar or torrent, it have more change to download.

To fix the error is very easy. Create a copy of the 十 子 .bmp file and rename it to Tooko.bmp Actually, this is the whole solution.
The path in the error is perfectly visible.

Google “Hanayome to Maou english interface patch” and you can find it. 5th and 6th results for me. Comes with the VN itself, no patch-only download 😦
